Monk is to blame according to the text monk threaten him that he will break the branch if he didn’t be quiet but I also think its scho fault for getting up their in the first place but this all would have never happen if monk didn’t get mad and scho didn’t climb the tree!!!..

Unknown said...

I think Scho is the blame for his mishap. I think this because first of all he was sitting in a tree with weak braches. Second of all he shouldn’t have been sitting on the side of the tree with the weak branches because the tree wasn’t filled of them. Third of all I think he faked it a little. Some other reasons why I think Scho was the blame for his mishap was because he was forcing monk to get mad then monk came up to the tree not knowing that the braches were weak and accidently step on that one Scho was sitting on. It’s not Monks fault at all for making Scho fall. H didn’t know about the branches and he didn’t at all touch him. So I think Scho really did fake it to get monk to feel bad because he didn’t tell monk about the non-sturdy branches.

Scho is to blame for his mishap. According to the text, Scho was messing with his friends and they got annoyed. His friends were trying to be nice and say quit it, but he didn’t listen. Scho was being skeptical about Monk coming up there with him. I also say it is Monk’s fault because he should’ve ignored Scho the whole time and make him blasé about bothering them

According to the text the person to blame for Scho’s mishap is Monk because if he would have never came up into the tree and made the branches shake Scho wouldn't have fallen. Also Scho is to blame too because if he would have just stopped trying to get smart then Monk wouldn't have had to come up the tree and if Scho would have been paying attention he would have known that the branches were shaking and would have kept his balance, paid attention to where and what Monk was touching, or not get smart at all then the mishap wouldn't have happened. So I blame Scho and Monk for the mishap.

Scho is to blame for his mishap, because he’s the one who up in climed up the tree and he was telling Monk and Glennie you have to do what ever I say .Everytime Monk and Glennie said something Scho said what I want you do . Scho is to blame for his mishap.!!!

Scho is to blame for his mishap. According to the text, he should have not said,”I can make you two guys do anything I want.” This is what caused Monk and Glennie to get angry. Monk and Glennie started to ignore him. So, Scho tried to annoy them even more so he fell out the tree.

Unknown said...

Monk is to blame for Scho’s his mishap, According to the text, “Monk said I did not mean to make you fall “also Monk threaten to shake the tree that Scho was sitting on so then Scho had fallen onto the ground. But I also think its Scho’s fault because he was bothering Monk and Glennie.

Scho is to blame for his mishap. According to the text; Scho said “You know what, Monk”? He announced in a few moments. He said “I can make you two guys do anything I want”. Which made Monk and Glennie become angry . So Monk and Glennie started to ignore Scho. So in order for Scho to get more attention he climbed in the tree and when he climbed in the tree he fell.

Unknown said...

Scho is the blame for his mishap. The reason I say this is because Scho climbed the tree. In the text it says he was swinging his legs back and forth. The tree could have been old. He also was being annoying. For example Scho kept saying, “I made you say what you just said.”Monk climbed up the tree and threatened to shake it, but he didn’t. At that moment Scho fell. Then when the two boys asked if he was ok he still was playing.

Unknown said...

Scho is the blame for his mishap. The reason I say this is because Scho kept messing with both Monk and Glennie.
Scho kept saying (I made you do that) which made the boys very annoyed with Scho. Scho mostly annoyed Monk. Which made Monk climb up the tree to get Scho. That’s when Scho fell out of the tree. Scho would have never fell if he didn’t climb up the tree. Then when Monk and Glennie asked if he was okay Scho said I made you do that. Then the Monk and Glennie left cause Scho was still playing.

Monk is to blame for Scho’s mishap. Monk was getting ready to hurt Scho when the branches shook. In the text, Monk threatened to shake the branch Scho was sitting on. Scho fell and when Monk came down he said “I’m sorry Scho I didn’t mean to make you fall”.

Unknown said...

• I think that Scho is to blame for making him mad and climbing up the tree because tree`s are very easy to fall out of and if you make someone very mad they will make unwise choices and mistakes.

Unknown said...

I agree with you Clarie Cooks because Scho should have been quiet in the first place when monk was calm and told him to shut up also he shouldn’t have been it the tree and another way I agree with you is because Scho was basically over exaggerating when he fell out the tree but I get he landed on his back bet he could have just been quiet so that it wouldn’t happen

Unknown said...

Scho is to blame for his own mishap because the text states that Scho screamed as he fell. Two lower branches broke his rustling, cracking fall, but he landed on his back with a deep thud and lay still, with a strangled look on his face and eyes clenched. That is why Scho is to blame for his own mishap.

Unknown said...

I think Scho is to blame for his own mishap because he continuously kept messing with Monk and Glennie. In paragraph 24 it states that Monk had to tell Scho to shut up or he’ll be sorry. And in paragraph 25 it states that Scho was trying to say something else but he fell is the mist of his statement. I fell like if Scho would've just kept quiet then none of this would've happened.

I agree with you tyneisha carter because if Monk would have let Scho play when he told him then he would have not gotten into the tree.

Unknown said...

Scho is to blame for his own mishap. Why you might ask well think about if Scho didn’t get in the tree which nobody told him to he would never be in that situation anyways. I know u might say Monk is to blame, but come on cut the man some slack. Scho was the one who was messing with him. Monk didn’t do anything to make Scho fall all Monk did was threaten Scho that he would shake the branches which he said verbally not physically. Monk didn’t touch the branches to make Scho fall..So like I said before Scho is to blame for his own mishap.

Unknown said...

Scho is to blame for his mishap. In the text, it says that Scho made a dangerous chair made of branches. Scho also stated that it was a wonderful seat if he did not fall. Scho knew that the seat was dangerous, but he stilled wanted to sit there. After Scho fell from the tree he admitted that it was his fault for his mishap. If I were in Scho’s position, I wouldn’t sit in the tree if there was a chance that I would fall.

Unknown said...

I AGREE WITH VINCE THAT SCHO IS SHOULD HAVE BE QUEIT BUT HE DIDN'T HAVE TO THREATEN HIM AND EVEN THOUGH IT DIDN'T SAY IT IN THE STORY I THINK THAT MONK GETTING UP IN THE TREE HAD SOMETHING TO WITH IT BECAUSE HE WAS JUST FINE UNTIL MONK CLIMBED UP THE TREE.

Unknown said...

I agree with you Tommie Williams Jr. because Monk threatened Scho and told him he was going to be sorry if he didn't shut up. But I don't agree with you about the mishap being Scho's fault because Monk told Scho he was going to be able to play in 5 minutes so he would have not got into the tree if Monk had not lied to him.

Unknown said...

I agree with you London Johnson-
Yates because Scho didn't have control of his mouth and actions and this is what happens.

Unknown said...

Scho is to blame for his own mishap. According to the text, Scho was annoying his friends on purpose. He knew what he was doing because after every sentence, he had a satisfied smirk on his face. It also was his fault because he sat in a tree with weary branches. Scho should have never sat in DANGEROUS chair of branches! Monk might have seemed as if he was going to shake the branches but in the text that was never stated. Monk threatened Scho by saying “Now you shut up or you’ll be sorry!”. Even after Scho fell, he still antagonized the other boys. In conclusion, Scho is the cause of his own mishap.

Unknown said...

I agree with Michelle because Scho should have never gotten in the chair because he knew that it was DANGEROUS!!

Unknown said...

I agree with Dominik Rogers because the passage did state those things. Although, i do disagree with the part where you said "Scho was being skeptical about Monk coming up there with him." because i don't think skeptical fits in the sentence but if you think so do u mind explaining that to me?

Unknown said...

I agree with Londyn Johnson-Yates because Scho should have not been bothering Glennie and Monk. He should have left them alone and minded his own business. That is why I agree with Londyn Johnson-Yates.

Unknown said...

I agree with Jeremiah Williams because Scho was messing with Monk and Monk did not touch the branches which Scho fell from.

Unknown said...

Monk is to blame for Scho’s mishap because in the text he started to climb up the apple tree and he threatened to shake the branches. He was also annoyed by Scho, which lead me to think that Scho made him really angry to the point where he really did shake the branches instead of just pretending to shake them, which made Scho fall out of the tree. That’s why I believe Monk is to blame for Scho’s mishap and because Monk wouldn’t let him play and kept telling him a few more minutes made Scho climb up the tree and start annoying him as well as Glennie.

Unknown said...

Monk is to blame for Scho’s mishap. Monk is to blame for Scho’s mishap because Monk was mad at Scho . Monk Threatened him and said “Now you shut up or you’ll be sorry”. Monk shook the branches and all of a sudden Scho falls. Monk said that he honestly didn’t touch him. Since he didn’t touch him why did he apologize to scho he said “ I’m sorry Scho I didn’t mean to make you fall.

Anonymous said...

Scho is to blame for his own mishap. In the passage Scho wouldn’t stop messing with Monk and Glennie. When Monk got aggravated he went after Scho. He was so busy laughing he let go of the tree branch causing him to fall. Nobody touched the tree branch or Scho, he fell on his own.

In my opinion Scho is to blame for his own mishap because in the text it states “ Scho went up and up through the fat light-gray branches until they grew slender and bright and gave under him. He found a place where several supple braches were knit to make a dangerous chair , and sat there with his head coming out of the leaves into the sunlight.” Common Sense would tell you not to climb up into a tree and sit on skinny branches. Scho is responsible for his actions so therefore he is the reason why he fell. To add to climbing in the tree and sitting on the skinny branches Scho decides to bounce on the skinny braches. While Scho is boncing on the skinny braches he decides to aggravate everybody down below which gets Monk into and angry rage. In the text it states Monk had already told Scho to shutup and if he said one more thing he will be sorry Scho stated “ I made you say that.” Then Monk was now boiling hot mad at Scho. In the text it says “Monk was scrambling up through the branches.” I know that Monk had enough of Scho and if Scho didn’t shutup then Scho would regret everything he said that day. Monk said angrily “ Now you shut up or you’ll be sorry .” Scho said “I want-‘’ Then he screamed as he fell. If Scho never climed in the tree sat on skinny branches and stop bothering people this woulf have never happened. Scho could have prevented this problem but instead he didn’t think about his actions before he did it. This can relate to us because sometimes at least once in your life you do something without thinking about it . Before I close I wan to say Think before you do.

Unknown said...

Scho is to blame for his mishap. If he would have never climbed the tree in the first place he wouldn’t have got hurt. In the text Scho said I can make you do whatever I want to, and then he started saying I wanted you to do that. Monk said why don’t you keep quiet and stop bothering people, and Scho said I made you say that. Then Monk started to climb up the trees and said you better shut up or you’ll be sorry, and Monk threatened to shake the cradle of slight branches in which Scho was sitting in. That is why Scho is to blame for his own mishap.

Unknown said...

I also agree with Michelle Jones because she's right getting into a chair of branches isn't the brightest idea.

I agree with you Lauryn Green Scho is to blame for his mishap because he was the one who climb the tree nobosy made him do it.BOTTOM LINE!!!!!!!!

Unknown said...

I agree with Jeremiah W. because no one told Scho to get in that tree.He did it on his own.

Unknown said...

I think Monk is to blame for Scho’s mishap. My reasoning for this is because Monk threatened Scho about shaking the branch he was sitting on. Also because Monk could’ve stopped himself from shaking the branch no matter how angry he was at Scho. Monk could’ve just left Scho be , when Scho started bothering him. This is why Monk’s to blame for Scho’s mishap.

Unknown said...

Glennie is it to blame for Scho’s Mishap because they he wasn’t really being fair to Scho. In the text Glennie said that he and Monk would play for 5 minutes and Scho could borrow one of their gloves when they were finished. But even though he said that they both continued to play without involving Scho. After a good while of that, Scho asked if 5 minutes were up and Glennie said one more minute. Glennie and Monk both knew that they weren’t going to involve Scho. So after that Scho pretty much figured out that they weren’t going to involve him, and he got bored and climbed up a tree and watch both catch for a long time. Then when Scho wanted to talk to him they weren’t they didn’t comment when he told them he found a perfect spot on the tree he climbed. This is why Glennie is to blame for Scho’s mishap

The person to blame for Scho’s mishap is Scho. What he did wrong was climbing up the tree. Trees are very dangerous, and they can kill you. (Scho did not die.) Also Scho let go of the the tree Monk did not touch the branch. Lastly Scho should have not messed with Monk and Glennie. According to the text it says, “Monk and Glennie didn’t look up or comment, and so he began jouncing gently in his chair of branches and singing “Yo-ho, heave ho’’ in an exaggerated way.’’ Then again it just boils down to common sense.

Unknown said...

I agree with Clair Cooks because Scho should have never made monk mad and he probable did fake it when he got up he said i made you do that

Unknown said...

Scho is to blame because those branches were not stable and he should`ve tested the branches on the tree. Scho encouraged Monk to put extra weight on the branches by going up there. If Scho was not so childish this disaster wouldn`t have struck.

Unknown said...

I agree with Azaria L. because common sense would tell you that if you already know that the branches were skinny/thin why bounce on them???

Unknown said...

I disagree with Zaniah Ball because the text states that Monk threatened to shake the tree and hurt that doesn't mean he did it he just threatened him.

Unknown said...

I agree with Tatyana Likes because Scho was saying that he could make them do whatever he wanted.

Unknown said...

Monk is to blame according to the text monk threaten him that he will break the branch if he didn’t be quiet but I also think its scho fault for getting up their and monk should also removed is self form the conflict that is why i blame monk mostly for monks mishap

Unknown said...

I agree with Zaniah Ball because he did say that and also before he fell he also said "Now shut up or you'll be sorry."

Unknown said...

Monk is to blame for Scho's mishap because Monk was the one who had shaken the tree branch which caused Scho to fall. Even though Scho was picking on Monk which caused Monk to get angry and shake the tree in my opinion that doesn't mean that you blame Scho and I think that Scho isn't to blame because Monk controls his own body and he decided to shake the tree no one told him to shake the tree he did that on his own. And also Monk admitted that it was his fault "I'm sorry, Scho" Monk said. "didn't mean to make you fall."And Monk also threatened Scho that is he didn't stop saying "I wanted you to say that" that he would shake the tree. All that I’m trying to say is Monk is responsible for his actions no matter what drove him to shake the tree branch.

Unknown said...

I agree with Delbert Otali. Scho was to busy laughing so he let go of the branch.

Unknown said...

I also agree Azaria Lavendar because you see the weak, think, and there lighter than you come on mad common sense

Unknown said...

Scho’s to blame for his mishap because he should have kept his mouth closed and let Monk and Glennie have their conversation. Scho needed to mind his business. Scho was bothering them when he kept on saying “I made you say that”. Those are the words that made Monk irritated. According to the passage Monk did not shake or even touch Scho. Scho made himself fall because he is the one that sat in the chair that was insecure. But, Monk is also to blame for Scho’s mishap because he had no reason to go up there and bother Scho. Monk should just ignored Scho and let him talk to himself. He could have re solved this issue by moving away from the tree and finish his conversation with Glennie.

Unknown said...

I agree with corlaeja because monk was annoyed by scho and then scho fell so thats why I think it was monk fault too.

Unknown said...

I disagree with you Ekpele Anwah because the whole thing is Scho’s fault because if he would have been missing with Monk the whole thing wouldn’t have happened because Monk was trying to be nice and tell Scho to stop but he didn’t listen and I would do somewhat of the same thing except not make him fall out of the tree according in the story it says Monk was scrambling up through the branches, awkwardly in haste, and getting snagged on twigs. His face was furious and foolish, and he kept telling Scho to shut up, shut up, shut up, while the others exuberant and panicky voice poured down his head. Another way I disagree with you is “now you shut up or you’ll be sorry”, Monk said breathing hard as he reached up and threatened to shake the cradle of slight branches Scho was sitting. I want- Scho screamed as he fell, but he landed on his back with a deep thud and lay still, with a strangled look on his face and his eyes clenched on this part of the story I say he was over exaggerating because it’s not like he’s about to die are anything and this is why I disagree with you

Unknown said...

I agree with London because Scho controls is own actions

Unknown said...

I agree with Delbert because if Scho stopped messing with them then he would have not fell out of the tree this whole incident was Scho's fault becuase he pushed people to far.

Unknown said...

I agree to Claire cooks because…….
Scho is to blame for his own mishap because first of all he started getting mad when monk and his friends weren’t letting him play baseball with them so he decided to just climb a tree ,but when he found a place to sit knowing that those branches were knit to make a dangerous chair and sat their with his head coming out of the leaves into the sunlight he was just making himself into some danger .Then he stared trying to annoy monk and his friends by making them do what he said and making them mad when they were going to do the statement that Scho said. Then scho started wanting them to do some stuff that didn’t even make any sense like , I want you to to mess around with your nose monk and monk I want you to pull up hunks of grass and chew on it. Later on glennie wanted him to play but scho just ignores him and says I wanted you to say that in a tentatively mocking voice but then monk got so angry at scho that he started climbing up the tree and started shaking the branches and said to scho now u shut up or u will be sorry and wanting to threaten scho. Monk threatened to shake the cradle of branches and when scho was just going to say something he screamed as he fell and two lowe branches broke his rustling , cracking fall , but he had landed on his back with a deep thud and laying their just still with a strangled look on his face and his eyes clenching . Glennie knelt down and asked scho if he was ok , while monk swung down through the leaves crying that honestly he hadn’t even touched him . But then monk felt sorry for him and told scho that he was sorry and monk and his friends just starting looking helplessly at him and walked away while scho said I want you to do whatever u are going to do for the rest of your life.

I agree with Clarie Cooks because Scho should have not climb the tree.

i do not agree with you marcae corprue because not everyone will not do something like that

I feel that Scho is to blame for his OWN mishap. I feel this way because if Scho hadn’t have purposely continued agitating Monk and Glennie, he wouldn’t have gotten Monk mad enough to threaten to shake the branches and make him fall. The evidence is stated in the tenth through fifthteeth paragraphs. Scho constantly kept picking at Monk and Glennie even after they repeatedly told him to shut up and leave them alone. Scho even tried to continue after he was threatened by Monk. Except he didn’t get to finish his sentence of provocative speech before he fell down off the tree.
Scho falling off the tree was effect of him being so busy messing with his friends that he didn’t realize that some twigs had broken under him. Therefore it is Scho`s fault. Scho is to blame for his mishap .According to the text, he was saying I can make you do anything I want to Glennie and Monk .Scho climbed up the tree when he knew it was dangerous so Monk and Glennie would pay attention to him. Scho is to blame for his mishap .According to the text, he was saying I can make you do anything I want to Glennie and Monk .Scho climbed up the tree when he knew it was dangerous so Monk and Glennie would pay attention to him.

I agree with Iman Bell because if he didn't annoy Monk and Glennie he wouldn't have fallen out of the tree.

Unknown said...

I agree with Angelena Lee that it was Scho to blame because likes she said if he didn't climb in the tree in the first place he wouldn't have got hurt.

Unknown said...

Scho is to blame for his mishap partly.I think this because he shouldn't have been saying "I can make you two guys do anything I want."But,Scho shouldn't have sat on a weak branch and he knew it.It is also partly Glennie and Monk's fault too.I say this because Glennie shouldn't have said "I got an idea, why don't Monk and I catch for five minutes more, then you can borrow one of our gloves",and Monk agreed by saying"that's alright with me."They shouldn't have tried to trick him.Scho was not really showing his intelligence by climbing up that tree.Monk wasn't either,he shouldn't have tried to get Scho.

Carlie Walker said...

Scho is to blame for his own mishap because if he just left Monk alone then Monk wouldn’t have shook the tree to make him fall off. Scho should’ve just watched them play because if Scho wasn’t there he wouldn’t have gotten hurt in the first place. On the other hand I think Monk shouldn’t have let Scho make him so mad that he would try to hurt him. I feel that Scho shouldn’t have kept nagging Monk and Glennie about playing baseball if he didn’t even have a mitt to catch with. Therefore, I think Scho was the blame for his own mishap.

I agree that Scho is to blame for his own mishap. I believe that because he was continuously kept bothering Monk and Glennie. The was he was was that he kept saying I wanted u to do that and I wanted you to do this. So after a while Monk and Glennie desided to sit down a while. While they were sitting Scho kept repeating what they did. So after a while Monk got mad and climbed up the tree and soon he was almost up there where Scho was. So when Monk was one branch away he reached but while he was reaching Scho had fallen but Monk didn't even touch him.

Monk is to blame for Scho's mishap. The text states "I can make you two do whatever I want "Scho was annoying Monk and Glennie and made them mad.Scho climbed the tree and continued to annoy Monk and Glennie. Monk started to climb the tree and Scho continued to say he is making him do what he is doing.Monk said to shutup but when Monk got to him he fell.

Unknown said...

I agree with Mitchlle because Sho should not have gotten in the tree.

Unknown said...

I also agree with Tommie Williams Jr. because Monk should not have threatened him.

Scho is to blame for Scho's mishap. The text states, that Scho kept on telling Monk and Glennie that he was making them do things. For instance the passage says that Scho said,"I can make you two do whatever I want. Also,he said catch that ball, Monk now you catch it.which made them angry so Monk climbed up the tree and threatened to shake the cradle of slight branches in which Scho was sitting. In conclusion, that is whyScho is to blame for his mishap.

Glennie and Monk is to blame for Scho's mishap. The text states "I got an idea ,said Glennie."Why don't Monk and I play catch for five minutes more, and then you can borrow one of our gloves?" "That's alright with me," said Monk. These are the words that made Scho sit by a tree for several minutes being blase waiting to play catch.Until he decide to climb the tree and bother Glennie and Monk by saying "I can make you two guys do anything I want. This got Monk
angry which tempted him to shake the tree Scho was in that led to the mishap of Scho falling.

Unknown said...

I agree with micah because scho should have never climb up those branches and played around on them

Unknown said...

I agree with Tommie Williams because scho should have never climb up the tree in the first place

I agree with micah because scho should have never climb up those branches and played around on them.

I also agree with delbert because if monk would had never got mad and threaten scho wouldn't have fell.

I like Azaria Lavendar's reasoning for her claim but I don't entirely agree because if Monk and Glennie did'nt remove Scho from the game of catch then they wouldn't be in the situasion in the first place

Unknown said...

I believe monk is to blame for scho's mishap in the passage monk said shut up or you'll be sorry then monk threatened to shake the branch.I also think it's scho's fault Too because he should have never climb up the tree in the first place

I agree and don't agree with Ryan Harper because I don't believe it was Scho's fault my reasoning is if Glennie and Monk kept they're word about playing catch for five minutes then none this would have happened.I agree that it was Monk's fault because if he knew his place he would've ignored the situation. One more thing is I like how you used our vocabulary words in your statement.

Unknown said...

i agree with Claire because part of the blame goes to Scho.

Unknown said...

Monk is to blame for Scho's mishap. Monk is to blame because he threatened Scho and he probably scared Scho witch made him fall. In the story it said " Monk, Now you shut up or you'll be sorry." It also said "breathing hard as he reached up to shake the cradle of slight branches in witch Scho was sitting". After that Scio fell out of the tree. This is why Monk is to blame for Scio's mishap.

Unknown said...

I agree with Zaniah Ball because Monk was about to hurt Scio.

Unknown said...

I agree wit Corlaeja6a because Monk did threaten Scho

Unknown said...

Jaqius walker said... Scho and Monk is to blame. Scho got bored an decided to climb the tree. Once he climbed the tree he annoyed Glennie and Monk. According to the text he said "I made you do that". That made Glennie and Monk angry. So Monk took it upon himself and climbed the tree threatening to shake the branch. While climbing, Scho fell out of the tree and landed on his back.

I agree with Liindsey Torres comment. Scho is the one to blame.

I agree with you Yates because if the boy didn't kick his legs or talking he wouldn't have fell.

Unknown said...

I agree with you Ryan because the kid was messing with the other two boys.I believe that falling out of that tree was his punishment.

Unknown said...

I disagree with you Adryn because Monk threatened to make Scho fall but didn't.The story says "where are you going-monk,just up the tree-Scho,I guess he doesn't want to catch."Those are the words they said.

Unknown said...

I disagree with you Ekpele because they let Scho play, and monk said one minute to go.At the time Scho started to climb the tree.

I think Scho is to blame for his own mishap because he was the one who irritated Monk and Glennie. Also because the text states that Scho climbed up the tree on his own and he told Monk to come up there and he got scared so Scho jumped and hurt himself on his own free will.

Unknown said...

I think Monk is to blame for Scho's mishap because if Monk had not put Scho out of the game then Scho would not have climbed up the tree tree and Scho would not have started messing with Glennie and Monk. Then Monk would have not climbed up the tree and Scho wouldn't have fallen out of the tree.

Unknown said...

Scho is to blame for his mishap because he went up in the tree and sat on a dangerous chair. He also was jouncing gently in his chair singing Yo-ho heave ho in an exaggerated way.

Unknown said...

Scho is to blame because monk told him to be quiet .
But he didn't so he suffered the result. This iOS the same thing that I would've done . This is right to be hit if u Being annoying. He wasn't right but he wasn't wrong either.

Unknown said...

I think Scho is the blame for his own mishap because, he is the one that climbed the tree and choose a dangerous place among the branches to sit. Then he started to irritate and mock his friends. Therefore he was sitting on a weak branch and fell on his back.

Unknown said...

Scho is to blame for his mishap. In the passage it said, “He found a place where several supple branches were knit to make a dangerous chair, and sat there with his head coming out of the leaves into the sunlight.” Trees are dangerous and can cause people serious injuries. When did trees become a place for you to sit? Scho also teased Monk and Glennie by saying, “I can make you two guys do anything I want.” Monk and Glennie ignored Scho, but Scho kept teasing with Monk which made him mad. Scho insisted that Monk climb the tree. Scho would have never fallen out the tree that way if he hadn’t shut his big mouth. So he got what he deserved because he didn’t think before his actions.

I agree with Devin Walker because he has a true statement which summarizes mine.

Unknown said...

I think Glennie is to blame for Scho's mishap because if Glennie would've never said hi to Scho and invited over to play catch, then Scho would've never even been by the tree in order to climb it and fall down.

Unknown said...

I think that Glennie could be to blame for Scho's mishap because if Glennie would've never said hello and invited Scho over to play catch, then Scho would've never been around the tree in order to climb it....!!!!!

Unknown said...

I think that Scho is to blame for what happened to him because he was playing around with Monk and Glennie and Monk climbed the tree and Scho fell to make it seem as if Monk pushed him and did what he told him to do.

Unknown said...

I agree with Madison because her answer adds more to my answer

Unknown said...

I agree and disagree with Carlie because I do think Scho is to blame but Monk had nothing to do with it. I think that Monk did climb the tree but he didn't touch or shake the branch that Scho was sitting on. Scho fell to make seem as if Monk did what he said to do and fell out the tree

Unknown said...

The one to blame is Scho because he Wouldn't stop talking after Monk had told him if he didn't he would be sorry. So he was keep on talking so Monk had climbed the tree that Scho was sitting on.So when he touched a weak branch Scho had felled on his back.

Unknown said...

I think Scho is to blame for his own mishap.I think this because Scho should have stopped bothering Monk,Glenne.I also think it is Scho's fault because Glenne told him to stop bothering them he jus did it even more. Also Scho shoulde have never been sitting on the edge of an weak branck when the tree wasn't filled. So therefore it's not Monk's fault because Monk did not kno that the branch was weak and he made a Mistake and stepped on it and Scho fell out of the tree.

KaylaF6B said...

I would say that it is Monk to blame because he shouldnt let Scho control his anger like that.I would also say that its Sch because he shoudnt have been teasing Monk like that, Scho was obviously trying to annoy him, and so he ended up making Monk furious.

Unknown said...

I agree with you Madison because Scho shouldn't have been in the tree without the sturdy branches. It also goes along with what I said.

Unknown said...

Monk would be the one to blame . The reason he would be the one to blame is because he told scho that he was not gonna make him do something . After that scho got mad and started mumbling under his breath. That mad Monk mad so he threw Scho off of the second branch and scho got hurt.

Unknown said...

I think Scho is the blame for his own mishap because he fell out of the tree own his own. If Scho would not have been jouncing in the branches I think he would not have fallen. Another reason why I think that Scho was the blame for his own mishap is because he got mad at Monk and Glennie and climed up the tree and started making fun them. So that is why I think that Scho is the blame for his own mishap

Unknown said...

I believe that Scho is to blame for his own mishap because he would have never fell if he wasn’t messing with Monk. Monk didn’t touch the branch, so how could it be his fault? Gleenie was on the ground so it couldn’t have been him. Scho was told to shut up several times and didn’t. I would be upset to if I was Monk because if I ask u to be quite, so it doesn’t turn to into an altercation, shouldn’t you be quite?

Unknown said...

quiet I meant. sorry !

Unknown said...

I agree with Love Jones because if Scho knew the branches were weak, why play on them?

Unknown said...

I agree with Michelle Jones. If Scho knew the chair was dangerous and there was a chance of falling, why did you get up there.

Unknown said...

Monk is to blame for scho's mishap because when scho kept annoying them ,monk told him to shut up ,he kept saying aggravating things. like for instance scho said I told you to do that when they're were already doing that action. Finally monk was scrabbling through the branches, awkward his haste and getting snagged on twigs. Monks face was furious and heated.he kept telling scho to shut up or you'll be very sorry! He also threatened scho that he would shake the cradle of slight branches where he was sitting ! O NO!!!!!!!

Unknown said...

I disagree with Michelle because monk threatened scho that he would shake the cradle off his branch so he could fall.

Unknown said...

I disagree with Mekayla because because monk made scho fall because he threatened him to make him fall.

Unknown said...

I think that Scho is to blame. Scho is the blame because Scho kept bothering Monk and Monk got mad and threatened to shake the cradle. When Monk told him to shut up more than once. Also, Glennie wasn't the blame because he didn't say much and
Monk is not the blame because he didn't touch the branch.

Unknown said...

Scho is the blame for his own mishap. He is the blame for his own mishap because he kept taunting Monk to climb the tree. When Scho said “I made you say that, and I want you to be standing there looking sore. And I want you to climb up the tree! I’m making you do it!” that made Monk mad and that persuaded Monk to climb up the tree. As an result this led to the braches breaking and Scho falling to the ground. I think Scho felt angry because Glennie and Monk told him that he could play after five minutes, but they played past the time. Scho decided to show his anger in a negative way, which led to his own mishap. To avoid Scho’s mishap, Scho could have used self control or he could have waited patiently for his turn. In conclusion, Scho’s behavior caused this outcome.

Unknown said...

I agree with Kaleb Bryant because I think Scho is blame for his mishap.

Unknown said...

I disagree with Tommie Williams Jr. because Monk wouldn't have to climb up the tree if Scho stopped bothering him.

Unknown said...

To begin with I think it is Monk's fought Scho fell because monk was telling him to be quiet but Scho wouldn't so when Monk started to climb the tree looking mad and foolish. AS Monk was climbing the tree he was still telling Scho to shut up.Then Monk said shut up again or you'll be sorry. After that Monk threatened to shake the cradle of slight branches in which Scho was sitting. To sum up my thoughts I know it was Monk because in the story it stated "I'm sorry Scho," Monk said. "I didn't mean to make you fall."
